| 23 | * This is a live CD-ROM. You can insert it into your computer and boot from it.

| 24 | MINIX 3 will start automatically and you can log in as root. It does NOT require

| 25 | Windows, Linux, or any other operating system as it is self contained. However,

| 26 | to use it effectively, you must install it on your hard disk. Detailed instal-

| 27 | lation instructions are given in the SETUP.PDF file. To read this file, you need
